Apart from the story, dragging I really do actually like the fl and I’m not really into weak or soft fls but I think she is pretty well written, and her character development is slow but in a realistic way. I like the fact that she actually generally tries to better herself and the way the story portrays her trauma doesn’t feel like trauma porn like how to get my husband on my side. But what truly ruined the story for me is the ml he is so aggressive and most of the sex scenes don’t feel consensual. A lot of the times, especially in the beginning it felt like she just did it with him because she was scared of him not because she generally actually wanted to. It really bothered me and rubbed me the wrong way, especially since he’s so aggressive towards her. I don’t generally understand why people are hating on her in the comment section the one that you guys should be hating on and who is the problem is the ml.
