This is going to be extremely vague bc I cant remember other details for the life of me so here goes,
Its shoujo set in highschool and the main male character has a brother who passed away ( I think he committed suicide?) and there is this one scene where there is a female teacher (im pretty sure she was an art teacher) who used to be his dead brothers classmate? Girlfriend? and she mistakenly calls him by his dead brothers name.
I think there was a live action or a kdrama announced for this as well.
