like. yeah it's always been cliche but god it doesn't even feel like they're trying anymore
It has been from the start, no doubt about that. The plot seems to be taking a different turn from what we have expected but we all know which of them will become endgame!
I wish they would centre the story more towards Maythan's powers which seem pretty interesting in the beginning, however they have lost that focus along the way.
Right and it makes me so disappointed cuz in almost every story like this they stray from the the original plot and only focus of the love interest/s as if nothing else matters anymore
yeah tbh but i found it quite interesting at the start cus theres still a plot but now it just feels like were going in circles w the harem thingy

100%. that's the problem with no editors & a "it has high readership retention, keep it going." shit gets listless.
Yea and I dont understand the role of shae (Maythan's real sister) in the whole story... Shes seems more like an extra, instead of her role to add a bit of twist to the story's flow..
Author needs to come up with better plot devices to keep the story together. Its also turning more into a cliche situation because the author cant keep all of their elements intact... Like how when the pieces of a puzzle start to fit together... The story is missing coherent flow and rhythm ig. Just my opinion!
Lets see, since the prince's brother has been added to advance the plot.. we might eventually see a direction (once again i am just guessing)
