The flashback (Ian killing David and tj getting the scar) was couple chapters earlier and basically continued in chapter 59 onwards
You re right, I checked back and found it. I think i need to reread the whole story again uninterrupted
....between chapters 58 (present time) and 59 (begining of flashbacks) did I miss a chapter or something?
