I don't know about that. You gotta know who you're with first before you say it's rape. Their relationship is not that solid that's why we're all screaming rape here. If they were in love, confessed and all, we won't scream rape because we know Yeomin will be into it. So it depends really.
You can argue that but it won't fly in court of law so concent cannot be provided in certain conditions and if he does take this to court even if someone confessed and all you will still go to jail as it will come under martial r@pe so word of advice don't go fucking a asleep or drunk person
As I said, it depends on the relationship. The reason it's rape rn is because they don't have a good relationship. Sometimes you get to the point where you and your spouse say "my body is yours" kinda thing and they can touch you in between sleep and they know you'll be cool with it. That's what I'm talking about. But each to their own
I don't know how I feel about this. I think it's best to always ask your partner beforehand-- when they're conscious like "are you cool if we have sex while you sleep?" And still ask while they sleeping in between. I, for one, give my partners that permission
