Here are my theories right now, I don't think Doha actually knows whats happening before regaining his memories, he just has some F R E A K Y personality but I do think he knows more than he let on. Bada has been dying first ever since and I do think Doha has been experimenting a lot more after Bada's death before dying and at this point we are not even sure if he is actually dying when the game resets. He can do a killing spree if he wants he can one shot that slasher.
In the future Bada might destroy or try to destroy Doha's tape when he finds out he's sabotaging him.
Bada and Doha might be both from outside, Its just they don't have memories of it or Bada is a player and Doha is a developer who lost his memories. They couldn't be both players or both developers, since Bada cannot hurt the Slasher, only Doha can so they couldn't be the same thing.
