Seo's full name is "Seo Seunghyun." I'm not sure about the driver license stuff tbh, but his job is mostly to sell/transport weapons and goods requested by his company partners. He said it's a small business, but his company does do some suspicious/illegal stuff, that's why his company can make profits.
