I get where he's coming from but I do think instead of going off on him, maybe talk to him first. To start with the relationship started with the idea of keeping it work based so he's probably stuck in that auto pilot mindset to set work first over a media gossip but I guess drama had to happen I suppose they won't be happy truly until they can confidently announce to the public they're a bonded pair and have no need to hide it
