The original artist was kicked off of drawing this manhwa because they're associated with some bad stuff. I believe it was that the artist was caught drawing child p**n. So this manhwa was on hold for a long time until finally a new artist (the new artstyle) picked up this story. This story was originally a novel so luckily the previous artist wasn't associated with the story itself

My best guess it to start with the "official translations" but even those start with the original artstyle. However, I'm not sure the new artist redrew those chapters. I think the new artist just finished the story out which sadly means we have to deal with the artstyle changing after chapter 45
