It says literally right after we see the ghost that she doesn’t respond when talked to so they can’t get information from her
The ghost is probably attached to Rania's body, like some shadow that would move around near its body. Beside, the soul is unresponsive, as if their consciousness as a soul was stolen or sealed. Of course, according to the spoiler, it have something to do with the big villain.
If she can see ghost or soul behind her. Why not go up to it and have a talk. Get information on how this came to be.
