Well, I’m pretty sure he caused his death indirectly a couple of times, like that time he locked nux up to make sure he was safe, just for nux to go insane and die
He doesnt bullshit like i feel like once u gain him he doesnt care about other owens and will do anything for nux . I really wenjoy that honest owen. Yeah he killed more than once lol but maybe his nux that could handle him had nof come yet . There fucking cute
