actually you can. the site has a feature where you can unsubscribe = you won't get notified. you can choose that when you tag it as reading or already read. you will see a tick box (by default is subscribe so just untick it). although i noticed you neither tagged it as reading or already read so i don't get why you still get notifs. anyway, i hope this added some value for you.

I can’t believe I just read 10+ chapters of nothingness that added no value to anything. I wish I could stop getting notifications for this
