Hmmmm I think so as he said that he's only known as J since 11 years ago (official hunter name). He even wear full face mask & dyed his hair. Those people who probably know his face, already dead (8 year ago when they entered the rift) & his mom.
As for Cha Eui-Jae. Yup. His real name that he currently used.
