That would be the case in a normal world or if she was born an actual male, but in this case she was born as a FEMALE ALPHA so she actually is physically female but because she has a penis and she’s unable to get pregnant (still has a vagina just either infertile or no uterus) it was decided to register her as male. Kinda like being born intersex and being assigned the gender with which their chromosome and reproductive organs most align with.
They are not stereotyping her, because she originally was a girl already, it’s more like they forced her to be a boy when in reality she is a girl and wants to dress and act as such. So it’s totally reasonable to change her sex to her actual correct one which is female

I read up to chapter 114. Complication was shown but not clarify in this chapter to why the baby sex was complicated. However I still stand that the baby liking to wear dress and play Barbie doesn’t make him or her a female. However if she has female parts as mentioned by Qrosy, then in our world she is intersex and probably could choose her sex registration later. If she don’t have ovaries and uterus capable of pregnancy as mentioned in ch 114, then registering her as a male is understandable.
What I am saying is that wearing dress and playing Barbie doesn’t make her a female. If she has both reproductive organs but no ovaries/uterus then she is not originally a female and is more male physically than female - at least in the early stage of life. But because she is intersex in our world she kind of has the choice to decide. I am quite curious about teen-hood for her as her body development is unpredictable. In the omega world, she would be a female alpha for having both organs. It makes me wonder if the author set up the world so only female beta and female omega can get pregnant or does some female alpha also can get pregnant too.

its stated in 113, the doctor said she might have hermaphroditism and 114 that she can't give birth. With that knowledge, you can confirm that she's an alpha female.
1. we can assume only alpha or omega can have both sex but in this particular manhua, maybe only alpha female can because his father is omega but the ml or the doctor never mentioned he's also got female parts just that it might be in his genes cuz he gave birth even tho he's a guy. ml also ask if he's trans after confirming his pregnancy. So even if she's an omega, she can't be male
2. if she's a male alpha, it wouldn’t make sense to also give her a female part since the whole purpose of them is to dominate and not to be impregnated. she's a female alpha cuz it makes sense that she can't give birth but have a male part to impregnate others
I like this story and I follow it for a while but the ending scenario - ugh.
It starts at the age of 6, little ting wants to wear a dress and looks like a little girl so they think he could be female - speechless. No he is not a female. At most he is an omega too. Shen saying gender/sex stereotype should not be taught so young - roll my eyes up - meanwhile they’re stereotyping their son just because he wanna play barbies and wanna wear a dress into being female. What misinformation and make up crap - wanting to wear a dress and choosing to play barbie does not make him a female. Female refer to the physical aspect of the body. Not something you can change because of behaviors.
I guess there is bound to be issue because omega isn’t from that world. Him passing on his ABO gene is concerning.
