I personally don't mind the art style issue, but if it really is the author/artist being overworked or trouble meeting deadlines, I think it's good for readers to comment on it. Quality over quantity, + the artist shouldn't be overworked to such measures.
Although we are on an illegal site so commenting doesn't help the author at all lol.

regarding the art, its most likely the artist being rushed like crazy and being unable to polish it due to weekly schedule
its janked but dogpiling on it is weird imo because it feels more like just a product of circumstance rather than something intentional rip
