I also hope it doesn't go weird. Sadly, whether or not it goes weird has nothing to do with it getting an anime...
I had hope after The Great Cleric, Faraway Paladin, and Trash Tamer got anime adaptations, but alas, the ecchi still outnumber the clean in this genre...
Is it so wrong to want some power fantasy without the ecchi...? *sigh*
It's almost always for the money, and rarely just for the sake of art. *sigh*
Also at this point, the ecchi in these types of things has been normalized, so it's more "weird" when it's not there in some sense lol. That being said... While I pine for ones that don't have ecchi, I'll still read ones that do, up to a certain point.
If you've seen Fire Force, you know THAT character? The one with all the "lucky pervert" moments? Yeah, she's like that because the editor told the author "I don't think this'll sell... Needs more fanservice," so the author put all of it on one character, and that was the end result. I couldn't finish it because she existed like that. And I'm sad because it made me hate an otherwise lovable character.
It's alright. There's 2 girls but they feel like neighborhood sisters for now. There's nothing weird or fanservice like yet and I do hope it stays that way
Sura is the cutest. If this doesn't go weird, this has prospects to become an anime. I imagine Sura's voice like how Sui from (Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi) would sound like
