The manga starts were MC was thrown to the ground full of garbage. So basically earth was full of garbage that the air is so toxic so humanity decided to create a place above the ground where only rich people live. Also poor people live there but not much. So mc stole something and when he was found out he was thrown to the ground and then someone save him (i think he was carrying an umbrella with superpower) from garbage turned into monster bcuz garbage evolve into monsters. Also mc develop a superpower with his gloves and someone gave it to him i think it was his mentor. So anyone????
