thank you, I dropped it for the same reason. It truly shows the reality of the male victim blame culture but him being so profoundly traumatized and not realizing this just breaks my heart and hits too close home for me to continue this story.
another commentor previously talks about the dismissal of SA in japan and i agree wholeheartedly that i don't think the manga is making light if it, but rather depicting the reaction from others realistically. that being said, i personally can't stand to continue reading a story where r@pe is dismissed and the victim is slutshamed
