I’ll admit I missed like 10 chapters during the latter part of the manhwa and it’s been a LONG time since I’ve read it, but at least from what I can recall, wasn’t one of the main reasons the imperial family was in power the fact that they were supposedly descended from angels?

So at the end, why was everyone scrambling to find a way for them to stay in power when the ML literally sprouted wings in front of the citizens of the capital? Wouldn’t the logical conclusion be that he should be instated in power instead of the butler/princess?

Also why was the couple so happy with the disgraced royal family basically telling them to hurry up and breed so they can give up their child to an arranged marriage to help patch up the fuck-up that was, for all intents and purposes the fault of the royal family in the first place?

They’re acting extremely docile considering that they have an incredible advantage over the royal family and that they should, for all accounts and purposes want nothing to do with the nobility in the capital. Wasn’t the MC supposed to be a tough, no-nonsense businesswoman?

That's actually pretty in line with both characters though. The only time Leticia is going for power is to protect Halstead so it wouldn't really make sense for her to try to grab the throne. And Erden has only ever followed along with Leticia's plots.

The kid thing is weird but pretty in line with historical drama's. Case in point the beginning of the manhwa also starts with erden and Leticia's arranged marriage. I think it would have been better if it wasn't so rushed though. Also I don't think it ever actually mentioned the age of the princess. So hopefully if we do get some side stories with their kid and the princess the age gap isn't super weird.

Lastly despite marrying young Leticia and Erden weren't officially married until they were both of age so it would likely be the same for their kid.
