Not the people here blaming a sexual assault on the victim. Yall are so fucked in the head. Mahiro did NOT consent to that kiss. It was forced on him. How can some of yall actually blame him for that kiss?
It's clear that neither of Mahiro and Mitsuki are really able to express themselves that well and since this is likely both of their first relationship, they don't even know how to really come clean about their issues to each other.
I don't think we can blame either of them right now. It's very normal to want some affirmation of love from your partner. It doesn't have to be jealousy, but just something. Mahiro wants that but can't really think of any other way but for Mitsuki to be somewhat jealous of the people around him and the kissing incident. He is slowly piling up all these insecurities inside him but isn't coming clean to any of it to Mitsuki. Now it's coming out all at once.
It's clear Mitsuki is also jealous but he is trying to be mature and understanding about it and repressing himself too. It's just backfiring the wrong way.
They just need to sit down and talk about it with each other. All of their worries are very valid.
