It's not this manhwa. The cover image was a side profile, so only a side of his face was visible. There was only the guy face in the cover photo, his hair color was dark, and there were hands touching him but no other visible faces besides the guy

Hello! I need to find a BL Manhwa with this cover image. The cover image has a side profile of a man who was wearing an unbuttoned shirt, and there was a tie that seems to be a blindfold, but the tie was loose so it was slipping from his eyes. I am not too sure but I think that the background was red, and someone was touching him. Any help is much appreciated ^^
