Opinion on novels adapted into manwha/hua’s?

Bro I read the global examination book and I’ve read trash of the count family as well as the classics mxtx books, clear and muddy loss of love and red mansion and that one fucking stupidass fucking annoying piece of shit nonzero book and also ORV and honestly I can safely say that NONE of manwha adaptations have really done any of these books justice, obviously I don’t mean artsyle wise cz all the artists are talented but like genuinely all the joy and the strategies used by the author in the book or the way the books have portrayed it are always infinitely better in my opinion.

For example global examination, little mushroom, ORV (heavy emphasis on orv) I genuinely think that to get a better understanding and a better experience overall of the story is to read the books, like genuinely the books are infinitely better and whenever I find a adaptation of a book I rly like I end up not reading it or read it and get disappointed but yeah anyways random rant

No because that’s literally what I’m saying. The manhua for ORV is entertaining, but that’s about it. Can’t be compared to the novel AT ALL

EXACTLY like the pacing and the way the book is written makes the plot so much more interesting and engaging and honestly it doesn’t really hit the same in manwha form

Absolutely agree with you. Like when I was reading turning and regas some of the pacing was weird or they take away an funny and important information that will be needed later but doesn't get brought up ever again
