mmmm honestly both of these characters are pretty unlikeable obviously ML is being *incredibly* passive-aggressive about his feelings rather than just FUCKING SAYING IT but he has dropped SO many extremely obvious hints that I honestly have to wonder how stupid the MC is and I'm usually really really understanding to MCs suffering under the weight of an unrequited crush bc that shit hurts but nobody has sex multiple times with their friends unless it's like, a FWB type situation and they hadn't even established themselves as that the lack of communication is epic here
