It also irked me when she talked down to Dokja but that's because we know how capable Dokja is!
From her pov he's some crazy idiot for all she knows.. He isn't a citizen so he doesn't know the life and struggle of the people there. Even if he has incredible achievements, in her opinion, it was a foolish move to get under the spotlight.
But this is why the victory will be so much sweeter. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I didn't really think of anything about Eileen's behavior here, but now that I know what happens and who she really is I can't help but feel a lil bit of disdain towards her here.

like, you're too scared to do your job, and assume everyone has the same hopeless thoughts you have and get angry that some people were holding out for a savior. Like, someone is brave enough to do the job you refuse to do and you lash out at them. I get the feeling of being afraid, but at least be grateful someone's stepping up for the position your wasting sitting your ass on. I don't hate Eileen but this scene just made me realize how selfish she was.
