So, he was sealed for 1,500 years by his soulmate, and all he could think while trapped was about him... and all you people want is for the seme to call him by his name and acknowledge his individualism! Let's think about it, it is expected and normal that that will take him a long time, it should be like that and the author is really good at developing the characters...

Right? I think people don't realise how long 1500 years is. And he was stuck in one place with no one else that had seemingly no end. Betrayed by the one he loved. Honestly its surprising how relatively sane he is. Most people would have gone insane in a couple of decades, easy. 1500 years?! I'm not gonna get angry at Bihwan for anything that man has been through IT.

It's actually funny how most of the readers seem unable to empathize with more than one character at a time. They have to have a character to protect and a character to hate. It's laughably simplistic.

you're doing the same thing just for a different character. why can't it be both? it's painful for bihwan but minchan recognized it and tried to soothe him. he might not understand the magnitude of bihwan's feeling of betrayal or loss, but he knows it's there. but bihwan couldn't extend the same courtesy to minchan until this chapter. having one's existence be invalidated isn't trivial. they're different pains, but it's not the oppression olympics where one has to somehow be worse than the other. and ultimately, they're both suffering from loneliness as a result of those pains.

But... Op never talked about Minchan. They never said "Minchan is suffering less", nor ever compared them both. They're just touching on Bihwan's situation and the amount of hate the character is receiving over the lack of understanding they are getting.

OF COURSE Minchan deserves to get angry, Bihwan is being AWFUL towards him. And I do want to see Bihwan's development and regret... But that doesn't mean we can't understand Bihwan's point of view.
They're incredibly complex characters and for that I love them both deeply.

At the very end, op is just trying to make understanding of Bihwan's situation, never disregarding Minchan's.

But also... They're FICTIONAL CHARACTERS, op!! Let people hate on Bihwan however they want, we all need to release some steam and believe me, Bihwan will not get offended bc reader A hates his guts.
