Because chap 2 was translated by different person in manga dex. Though they deleted the chap 2 on there probably dropping it. The original translator (chap 1) is still gonna continue this one and upload chap 2 soon.

But this site don't support multiple translators choice for the same chapter, so it won't get mirrored on here.
