Well sadly some people do group together and bully others.
Rumours and gossip are quite common too. And I am long past my school days too, but have encountered it myself, in different settings. And it doesn't only happen at school. It can also happen at work places.
I don't know, what people get out from making someone else feeling bad, but it seems to be a character trait that shows up in every era, culture and time.
People do group bullying in school, and i'm one of the victim of this shit when i'm in middle school, verbal and physical, and in highschool i see it myself, someone getting bullied by those people just because they think this person is ugly, s2pid reason.
It's been a long time ago but it's still leave a bitter taste
South Korea has pretty common and messed up school bullying so yea

. I've seen people targeting bullying someone but even then the one who was targeting also have their own group of friends. The bullying doesn't happen every single day. Most of the time it's just quietly resolved. I was from a girls school and you know girls can be really scary and I've seen really crazy shit but even then I didn't see any bullying quite as badly as shown in manga, like someone started bullying 1 person and everyone avoid that person? Not really. Or whole school gang up on 1 person? Not really. So yeah just curious.
Sadly not only South Korea.
Countries in Europe and the US have issues with bullying as well.
Everytime I read high school stories like this i always wondered if yall ok cause I won't say that it's the same for my whole country or even now as I've way passed my schooling era but I've never encountered such kind of losers in high school lmao everyone have their own group of friends and mind their own business. I don't know anyone who's actively bully people and tell them shit like this. This is some counseling necessary typa shit
