nobody is forgetting anything. Their behavior isn't brushed off but rather redeemed by them properly apologizing and taking actions to make amends aka they had development as characters which is why people like them now. It isn't the case of your usual brushing off all misdeeds because the charaters had a tragic backstory kinda and gave a half assed apology kinda thing which is what you usually see in these manhwas.
