Can anyone recommend me a yaoi manga where there is realism to it- no stereotypical uke/seme behaviour that so many stories seem to have. Something closer to real life. I would also love if the plot was interesting and not just vanilla. Perhaps more nitty-gritty. Not into a manga with porn without plot. Thanks

Fools a Webtoon is realistic for me

No problem. Because I read a lot of literature involving gay themes, I really can't read the stereotypical yaoi manga anymore. It just seems too fantasy like for me. Hence the reason I would really like something realistic.

Fuuki No Okite is kinda cute.
Than there's Moritat and At the end of the road, the first will probably have you confused, but it's interesting. The second I really like, it's sooooo good!

I read it and it was interesting but the ending kind of got me like eh? Maybe I expected more because it was very interesting and mysterious at the start

I'm had almost given up on it, but I wanted to know what would happen so I continued, but once you go farther into it, there will be another twist to it. But if you don't like than just try At The End of he Road, it's way less confusing and A Guy Like You, Jin is my fav! ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

Nothing is too exaggerated so it's quite closer to real life... Except seme's stamina lol but we all like it

I also read a lot (i'm a literature junkie in some levels) but I've learned to cope because unless I don't do that, the BLs I read would be really limited and I don't want that bec. i'll have withdrawals hahaha.

sorry if you may have already read this but these are the ones that comes off the top of my head RN. (and my favourites too)

What lies at the end (webtoon) is my favourite so far. It's about a guy being stuck in someone else body and meeting his childhood friend again. His real body is believed to be dead.

Thanks guys for the recommendations, I'll check them out. I'm being too picky lol. I just can't stand the excessive blushing and roles semes/ukes are often forced into when it comes to yaoi manga. I love the art though. Best of both worlds would be the books I read put into manga form.
