So I remember everything basically but not the title. Mc was black haired and had a sister who was a fujoshi, creating a manga and him being her backup artists or 2nd artists as a joke she puts her brother as a irrelevant or side character into the story.
One day, mc is like picking shi up for his sister and he gets hit by a truck.(omg, truck-kun.) He wakes up in a forest and the mc for the sisters book is right infront of him. He's invited to the school he goes to and when he's asked to file something out, there's like 3 options of some sort that says "Omega | Beta | Alpha" and he crosses Beta, but it disappears, he does the same thing with the others but they also disappear. So I think they decide to just, not tell anyone. Few hours, new setting, I think mc was in the hallway with the MC and the ML of the world, talking about it until the main lover rival comes by, He has red long(?) Hair and talks to them, I remember a little more info but I think this should be sufficient. If you know I truly appreciate you taking ur time finding the manga as well as others. （；へ：）
