Law didn't want to become Jesse's dog but he was slowly becoming Jesse's mothers dog, that's why Jesse was angry. So in the last chapter Jesse felt betrayed by Law and thought that every time Jesse goes against him, Law will run to someone else.
So they were lovers (in a twisted way) but one of them was clearly in power of the relationship.
So did they had an open relationship after all?
Law said it in Moritat, but Moritat + Law......not much trustworthy......but Jesse in this last chapters said that Law runs away with someone else.......so......What consists their relationship? Friends with benefits, lovers in an open relationship? Or....
