As of to why klopp is coughing blood is because the rejection from aeroc and the reason is they are bonded from the 1st life, just thinking about it aches my heart for them.
Aeroc has been getting a drug/suppressant because he is turning Omega for klopp, as you know that aeroc doesn't want to go back to that kind of life again but as the fate from the past still hunts them down and will be chasing each other, and angst is gonna happen
