You're SO RIGHT omg, those stories are so frustrating. If I'm reading about a main character with a certain age it means I want them to ACT like their age, otherwise I would have chosen another story with a typical teenager mc
I think one of the main reasons why the ML and the FL are so loveable and sensible is because for the first time in all manhwa history, they’re acting their age. Think about it, how many times do these stories say “I’ve lived three hundred lives” and they still make frustratingly reckless sixteen year old decisions? These two have lived a few lifetimes. And the best part is they act like it. They’re wise in the areas where they know better, open to criticism and correction in the areas they don’t. And it’s because they’re older, ACTING and THINKING like they’re actually older. Just some food for thought.
