From what I gather, MC became human in the real world. When the bus accident happened, SO (the black cat) tricked him into thinking his classmates were dead because of him. He and his childhood friend (badass black-haired transmigrator girl) agreed to be hosts for their respective systems to save the others. The friend confirmed that MC was not at fault. A few chapters ago, MC mentioned he had the item from the system's store that he needed to save them.
I think their other friend really did die though

Yeah that's what I understood from the story at least. The mc and ml wanted to be free from the big system guy so mc somehow became human. And it makes sense that he knew no human emotion when he was a kid cause he was a system
Okay, now what the current motivation for mc? Trick the main system and stay with Qin? What happens to the “saving friends from accident” subplot?
His other friend got it I think, she's better at earning points than him afterall. And it was confirmed that the accident wasn't his fault
