Basically all past regas of the kings are all blonde green-eyed twinks that's why all the regas they(King's council) prepare for the kings look like that. I said true regas because even if they all look alike, there will only be one true regas and in this story, it's Abel.

Some of y'all need to understand that Abel being reincarnated in that kind of body is part of the plot. I know we miss buff abel but after reading the novel it's basically his fate to have that body as the true Regas.
