i don't think joo an is at fault. like, at all. from his understanding, hajin doesn't have a boyfriend yet. he just like/interested at someone else. so to him, he still has a chance. it's hajin that supposed to have a clear boundaries and explain that this person he likes is interested in him too and they already in serious-thing-going-on-that-very-soon-to-be-dating.
