Yeah, it's an intersex protagonist, it is spoken about but there isn't SOO much talk about it, also about him, he isn't transgender, he is a man, he identifies as male and gets mad when someone calls him a woman, he just likes to dress as one, and wear skirts and all, and I'm not sure if it's omegaverse, still haven't got that far in.

In “Be My Baby” it’s weird that he was able to get pregnant with his little device in his body, it’s not a thing in that universe. “Hosik's story” men getting pregnant is a new strange phenomenon. But in Kedamono Arashi male pregnancy is normal. All of those men are cis and none of them are omegaverse, however omegaverse is the most well known for male pregnancies being normalized, as well as what we would consider intersex bodies, (male omega sometimes having vaginas/uteruses and female alpha having penises) so it’s just an a social scale example of is his pregnancy/body normalized like in omegaverse
