real?? like zhenya HAD his redemption arc, and it was explained extremely well on WHY he did all those things (though that doesn’t excuse his actions, mind you) he also has a backstory, letting the reader sympathise with him. jaekyung not only has not had any backstory or redemption arc, but also nothing that gives us something to sympathise with. why should we like him? there is no material to work with.

Yeah that’s why I want to say they shouldn’t even be compared. I might sound biased because I love Anastasia but even the plot and storyline are from totally different genres. I get that Jinx might feel like child’s play compared to Anastasia. Jinx just isn’t my cup of tea it pisses me off when Jinx fans compare Jae and Zhenya TwT
