Maybe it's just a line of respect. I don't think Raman would have been so annoyed if Kishan was taken to a guest room. But Yexing took Kishan to his bedroom. Even if Yexing isn't aware of it, Raman is aware that Yishan crossed the line in actively trying to get in his way to persue Yexing. If Kishan was being respectful of their relationship, he wouldn't be okay sleeping in Yexing's room.

If they are adults, they need to act like it. Raman constantly says this but he's the only one that acts like a spoiled child.
When you care for someone , if you are friends and then they confess to you but you REJECT them. That doesn't take away the years of love and care automatically?? I dont remember the cousins name but he is obviously having a really hard time right now... why would you leave them in a room alone?? I will say if there was no situation and it was just Xing wanting to have a sleep over, that would be a little weird and more cause for jealousy and concern.
