why couldnt they just have made her a university student her being older wouldnt change the fact that the guy is creepy and only got away with his actions cause he has a nice face but at the very least it wouldnt a story about an adult man creeping on a minor her being a highschool student doesnt really seem to add anything to the plot besides the feeling that this naïve girl is getting swept away by an adult
