He's an alien, they probably have different rules or something, think it that way so maybe is easier to ignore the age gap..

And regardless it’s like the others say, he’s an alien who looks to be (in human concept of age) around the same age as them + no one would bat an eye twice if he were like a vampire or something of the sort so let’s not do that here because he’s definitely not the same as that pedo guy

Judging by how the "adult aliens" are much taller than he is, I think by alien lifespan, the uncle is still very young.

We have no idea about the age. He seems quite young in alien age, but he could be older in human age. He can even be a teenager who looks bigger and more mature than his age. Siblings with big age gap happens. We don't know as of now.
