So Kyung-Joon is just mad that he wasn't the one to be the Crown Prince bed partner...is my best guess. He isn't upset that the Nok is with Jae, he's upset it's not him. He just wanted Nok to marry hiss sister as a way for him to have power as well over Nok, once he ascended to be King. Remember he didn't even care if his sister should befall the same fate as Nok's previous 3 wives.
So I'm gonna say that bish is gay and he mad that Jae is the one Nok loves.
