I mostly agree with what have you said. I just couldn't get the parts below (and can't remember from which chapter):

Another people with unknown true self are Finn (blond guy, light magic) & Curtis (long hair, green magic) self proclaimed friend of prince Duke. They always seem neutral, Curtis helps Alicia in investigation and rarely be seen together with Liz while Finn can be mostly be seen around Liz & even taunts (not sure if right word) Liz about her unnatural facial expression. I wonder what are their role and true self as they seem unnafected of Liz's magic.
Henry on the other hand really falls for Liz but find's it unnatural as well as he now supports Alicia. Prince Duke secret shadow for Alicia, Mel also seems not a fan of Liz which is rare, including her cousin blond braided Carol.

I wonder why the spell won't work against prince Duke & Gil/Jill, was it because they somehow show alliance to Alicia from the start?
I have like 2 ideas rn the first being that the spell only affects users that don’t have a strong opinion on the person trying to set the spell (so perhaps the prince already disliked Liz) or 2 something to do with the prince’s blood/lineage making him more immune to the magic (which makes sense since the 2 girls that are his spy’s and in Alicia’s side are related to him)

In addition to that, what's with the cracking something (glass?) visual effect from freckles girl that made her realize that it was her anger directed towards Alicia, not going through Liz excuse / way out was her real feelings. Was it only visual effect for us to understand the situation of her realizing? or was it showing us something spell breaks?
I think it’s both, kinda to show she regained herself from the broken spell

I just double checked chapter 18. Mel (twin tail) is Dukes personal spy, on 22 Mel's cousin is Carol the blond braid.
I think a lot of the readers may have caught on by now but I just wanted to say my thoughts on the matter of the Saint’s blind following
It’s heavily implied that there is some sort of attraction magic going on that makes the people who have a long term exposure with her infatuated with her as a being. This magic however, does not work on everyone which is seen in Carol(blonde braid bands) and the blonde guy in student council. It seems like the attraction magic has to be compatible with the person its affect which may be from the magical compatibility of the person it’s affecting or some other prerequisite for it to be established.
This magic affects reasoning and makes a persons thoughts revolve heavily around Liz, the saint. This was shown with the fiancé of the women bad mouthing Liz (the one with macarons). In the most reason chapter(23.2) the MC points out that Liz seemed to be ignoring what was going on with the bullying rather than being too dense not to notice. This along with many other moments shows that the innocence and naive front Liz puts on his merely a facade to perhaps cover up her selfish or even evil nature.
I personally feel like it’s possible that Liz has been possessed/reincarnated as well like our MC which would explain her unnatural behavior. But it’s also quite possible that her nature was just selfish from the start without any external interference.
The recent development with the possible involves of Laval seems interesting too since it suggest that Liz’s connections or influence has reached outside the lands of their nation (which is interesting since it seems like the political system has the nations more guarded and isolated [stated that there is no exchange of information or goods between their nation and Laval])
Interesting progression of the story and the character Gil adds a nice balance showing the MC’s personal side. I find it distasteful and boring when a character gets dumbed down to a single goal (which in this case would be being a villlaness) but this story doesn’t exactly do that. Although it’s come close the existence of Gil as well as the prince and his attendants brings a sense of balance between her as a person living life and the goals/ideals she is working towards.
Personally the age gap doesn’t bother me since the romance was already established with his character introduction but I am worried that the story might focus too much on their romance and make the MC out of character as a helpless heroine (which she has stated she didn’t want to become). The progression of the chapters does make this seem more unlikely which is nice
