i think it's probably because the Korean letter for "r" & "l" is same. even japanese interchange their r and l sometimes so maybee that's why river
but the translator should know that too. so they should consider and put crown instead of clown. ( unless the use google translate and don't know hangul, the korean alphabets) there is no specific word for r and l separately. the word "ㄹ" sounds both as somewhere b/w r and l.
