Either way i don't think it matters it seems like a stylistic choice or it feels more like a symbolism. He could be the balance between good and bad. He is the one who managed to make espers stable so the difference in eyes may signify balance
Is the Dr. Snake blind his right eye or he has 'just' a Heterochromia? Because the right is blue and the left is dark. If I am right Heterochromia meaning mostly the eye which is blue is blind.... Or could it have another meaning?
