Isnt Uke a doctor? Did he rlly have no idea that he himself was harassed?

He mentioned horseback riding and the red spots on his thighs do look like they could be there because of the long travel via horseback. And I don't think he would be able to tell what was done to him esp since he doesn't expect anyone to be able to reach him in the palace. It'd also be strange for him to be able to deduce... THAT just bc of some soreness.
