I didn't start reading this until a week ago simply because of that, despite the art being out of this world. I just couldn't get past the first couple of chapters..
But I'm glad I finally forced myself to read the rest. With how the story progressed later, I don't even remember the horrible start.
I know there are people into "rape play"
Which is fine, as long as both parties consent. And, maybe, that's why so many of these yaois that begin with rape have such high ratings.
But, I just can't bring myself to enjoy someone being raped.
So, If you're like me and wish someone had posted in the comments that there would be rape, you're welcome.
