I think the red head brat recorded them however sunbae had a history of doing that so it was assumed he did. Or at least that was how i interpretted it because sunbae wasnt filming in the bathroom... he was to busy act scary psycho and red head was outside being all judgy mcjudgerson.

like i bet the video was spread by someone so it's really not sunbae's fault for taking a video.
