Kang do-hyuk basically lied to his brother about his hand being injured after what happened with his father and he was basically doing business in the states, so he took his brother (Kang Doha) with him to the states so doha wouldn’t see bom anymore. And ig something sexually intimate happened between do-hyuk and doha in the states, ig it’s not confirmed whether they had sex in the states, but ig we’ll find out in ch53. If you’re still confused I’ll try to explain it a little better bc I speed read this, so I may have left some details out
