Honestly I think it's more like a pecking order since they're animals and naturally territorial and protective. Parker is like that because he's aware that he's lacking compared to the others and can't help but be a bit loathing and Curtis' problem with Parker is that he can't trust him to protect Bai in his absence. Ultimately I think that kind of rivalry is what drives Parker to be both immature but determined to continue getting stronger and they both know it. In the human world or context it would be different but they're in the beast world so the rules are a bit different.

I agree. If Parker showed that he thought with his brain instead of his John (they all do to a certain extent, but Parker is the worst), Curtis would trust him more. If I had to rank Curtis’ trust lvls it goes Muir (begrudgingly), Winston and then Parker. Admittedly though, Curtis is used to soloing, so it’s hard for him to really rely on the others to begin with.
I often don't like their attitude towards their fellow partners. Especially Parker. They should know by now that poly means sharing one person. Take it or leave it. It's stupid to get jealous of every little things. That's the same as not thrusting that person of not loving you, just because a bread happens to have a snake like shape. Or holding others hands in front of you, etc. etc.
You can be jealous once in a while, but not to that extent, sheesh...
